I'm Going To Be An Auntie
My sister Drew is PREGO!!!!! I am so excited, words cannot even comprehend how thrilled i am. Drew is about 9 or maybe 10 weeks along. She has been a little sick, but for the most part she is doing quite well. Her first doctors appointment is the week after Christmas. I think it is a boy but most of my family thinks it will be a girl. I guess we'll just have to wait and see in February or Marchish... Drew and i are only 14 months apart and i still feel like i am getting used to her being married and it has been almost 2 years. ha ha I am so excited to meet the newest member of our family!

XanGo Christmas Party
Last night was one of the best nights EVERRRRRR. XanGo had their employee Christmas Party at the Thanksgiving Point Barn. Jason Hewlett was the main entertainment for the night and he was hysterical. My friend Brea and i were crying we were laughing so hard. After he entertained for about an hour, the founders of XanGo did the prize giveaways, which was taking the money from a founders pocket. There were six people call up to get the money from the founders, then they called a name to take the money from the President of XanGo's wallet. Guess what?! It was ME!!! I was in complete shock and i was so freaking excited! Craig (The President of XanGo) pulled out $200 cash and a coupon to Sharon's Diner in Holiday. Gordon (one of the founders of XanGo) wanted to pay me $50 for the coupon to Sharon's Diner. I laughed and thought he was joking, but after i got off the stage he took the microphone and asked where the girl was that got the coupon and said, "I will seriously pay you $50 for the coupon." So, he came down and got the coupon and i received an extra $50! Best night of my life! Oh, and earlier that day, at the XanGo Christmas breakfast, there was a $25 gift card to Target!!!! XanGo is such a wonderful company and i feel so lucky to be apart of it.
Here is a picture of Me, Vanessa and Brea at the Christmas Party. We dressed up as Christmas Ornaments. ha ha it was hilarious!

Time Waits For No One
The other day my mom sent me this email and it really made me think of how i waste so much time. Seriously i do. I just go in and out of the day hoping for the next day to end, and it is just an on going process. It is quite sad. I take some many things for granted. I am grateful i have a brother and sisters and a mom and dad, and i am extremely grateful i have never failed a final exam. (knock on wood)I have so many wonderful people in my life, and i am so grateful for my friends and family. I love you all. I will never take you for granted again. xoxo

Real Salt Lake
Today at XanGo (where i work) Some players from RSL came to show off their new 2009 MLS cup!!!!!!!!!! It is the most amazing feeling to be apart of a company who represents RSL. They played a great game as the underdog in Seattle and won against LA Galaxy. I am not going to lie, i wasn't a big soccer fan until now. I am in love with soccer!

Disturbing 911 Call
As i was driving to school today, i was stuck in traffic for about an hour and a half, and as i was listening to the Morning Zoo on 97.1zht, they played a disturbing 911 call. Donna Jackson is a 56 year old woman who was home alone on December 4, 2009. Donna's dog was barking very loudly at 1am. Donna walked down her stairs to find a man pounding on her sliding glass door. He was trying to break into her home. Donna's husband was at work and she couldn't go to her neighbors home because they are all older than 80. Donna called 911 right away to get help. The man eventually broke into her home and she shot him in the chest with her shot gun and killed him. Click on the link and listen to the call. Donna is so calm and kept composure through most of the call. I applaud her for how amazing she is!

Life can be so Frustrating
I have finally come to realize, things change, plans don't work out and life is just so darn frustrating. I thought i had everything figured out for 2010. I was going to work full time and not go to school January through April to save up for an amazing and once in a life time trip to Europe!!!! Then, when i got back from Europe i would move to Provo and just see what path my life is going in. Well, pretty much Europe has fallen through :( which i am so sad about. But, hey, there is going to be plenty of time for me to save up and go some other time; and now i am second guessing myself moving out. I am so close to being done with my associates, i don't want to just take a year off of school.. When i planned all of this, it felt like a good idea and now, i'm just not sure. We'll see what happens. Everything happens for a reason, and we will see what the reason is for this situation. It better be good!
