Utah State Weekend

Boy did i have a pretty good weekend. I drove up to Utah State with my friend Lauren and her roommate Kestry and then we met up with Lauren's friend Alicia. We went to the Utah State football game and painted all those chests you see below. It was crazy and chaotic but we got it all taken care of and under control. Those chests ended up looking real good. The boys from Utah State wanted to break the Guinness Book of World Records for having the longest chest painting ever. It said something like, "Utah State Hey Aggies all they way Go Aggies Go Aggies hey hey hey Utah State all the way!!" I'm pretty sure they broke the record because they had over 65 people with their chest painted. Isn't that insane? The girls and i sat on the 2nd row behind all those crazy boys and it was such a good game. Utah State ended up winning 53 to 34.. or something like that. I don't remember the actual score.

After the game was over we went to a dance party up on campus which didn't last very long. It was over right when we got there so we made our own dance party in the parking lot which became quite popular. ha ha After the dance party we went to another party up the canyon where i have never been around so many guys who were wasted. ha ha This one guy would not leave me alone. He kept rubbing my back and telling me i had dark ass hair with white ass teeth and blue eyes. He has never met a girl with dark hair and blues eyes. ha ha He took me around to all his drunk friends and told them how sexy i was. WEIRD!!!!!!!!! Then after the party it was about 2am and this guy was trying to get to go in his car to go to another party! I was thinking it's 2am and why the heck would there be another party. Go to bed! But, i don't live the college life like they do. I still live at home. ha ha Anyway, this guy said i have a BMW and i will take you home in the morning. UGH NO FREAKING WAY. Jeez, like i want to go hang out with someone who won't even remember me the next day. ha ha We got back to Alicia's around 2:30am and went to bed. Lauren, Kestry and i had to get up at 7:30am to drive home the next morning. I was so tired but what a weekend.

The Mav

I love Maverik the gas station. There is a Mav right by my work and i seriously go there every single day. Gross, i know! Anyway, I was at the Mav last night chatting with an old friend whom i have not seen in forever and as we were chatting away a guy drove off in his truck with the gas pump in his gas tank! ha ha ha ha it was such a loud noise and the guy was so embarrassed. I felt so bad for him but i could not stop laughing!!!!!! Hopefully it didn't do any damage to the car but what a great experience to witness.

The leaves are finally changing

I was up in Park City a few weeks ago, and i cannot even begin to explain how excited i am for this fall weather. I am too excited for the month of October because i LOVE Halloween. Can you tell? ha ha i already have a Halloween background. Oh and, this is the creepiest time to go walk through cemeteries. There is a cemetery in Park City right by the Alpine Slide, and the latest burial there was in the 1800's and early 1900's... Oh it gives me the chills thinking about it. One night while we were in Park City, my cousins and i decided to walk through the cemetery. They were telling us about this shed at the top of the cemetery that has a book of all the people that were buried there and how they died and where they are from. I have never felt so uneasy in my life!!!! As soon i walked through the gate, into the cemetery i had a pit in my stomach the whole time and i seriously felt like i was being watched. If you are up in Park City go to this cemetery.

Scratch That

Scratch the post below... I am taking 3 freaking classes worth 13 credits.. Man, I feel a little overwhelmed but that is part of growing up and going to school and working full time... Right? I signed up at the last minute for a Business Stats class. If you took that class and have a book i could buy i would love you forever.. and/or if you or anyone wants to tutor me.. that would be fabulous.. ha ha i know this will be a challenge but i am ready for it.. with a bit of help. I'm really enjoying my Writing class and Film class. I think i can learn a lot from them, and i know i will learn even more in stats.. Oh jeez.. Wish me luck!
